GoofShop ("we", "us") is operated by Zhiqiang Chen, a sole proprietorship located at 110 Soper Rd, Durham, ME 04222, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy from us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number, and the items you ordered.
Payment information: card payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Communications: emails or messages you send to our support address.
Technical information: basic device, browser and usage data collected by our website host and analytics, including cookies needed for the site and checkout to function.

How we use it

To process your payment, deliver your order and provide order updates.
To respond to your questions and handle returns and refunds.
To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store — payment processing, shipping carriers, website hosting and email — and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing chenzhiqiang86@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than required by applicable law.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (such as remembering a cart) and, where applicable, for basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; parts of the checkout may not work without them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, will always be posted on this page.
