You may return any unworn, unwashed GoofMask in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, masks that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return. The refund covers the product price (and any shipping you paid) for items returned in the condition described above.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund — contact us first so we can arrange it.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
