We sell novelty winter apparel, including the GoofMask funny ski mask & balaclava. Product descriptions and illustrations are intended to describe the product accurately; colors and print appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. GoofMask is novelty apparel and is not protective safety equipment.
All prices are in US dollars: GoofMask is $21.99 per mask, and the 2-pack is $39.99. Any shipping charge and applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your card is charged when you place your order. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud or out-of-stock items) and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.
We ship within the United States, with delivery in 7–12 business days, under our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The GoofShop name, logo, illustrations and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
